What motivated you to become part of this specific board?
Joining Taller de Jose board gives me the opportunity to give back to my community, and that of the immigrant community of Chicago, by providing my skills/insight to advance the mission. Some of us from immigrant families have been fortunate to have someone guide and walk with us through life challenges, but many do not. Taller de Jose is that compañera/o.
